Summary
The AD Campaign project was a collaborative project between students of Media Communications and AD & Graph Design students to design a professional advertising campaign for a particular product. The objective of this project was to ensure that marketing strategies are incorporated into a particular product’s design to come up with a cohesive advertising campaign that can convey the product’s value to a particular target market.
In this project, I had to work in a group to come up with a campaign for Touchland hand sanitizer with Alexia. The objective of this project was to ensure that the product is promoted to a diverse market by incorporating both male and female targets. The product’s design, convenience, and practicality are some of the features that we emphasized as we came up with a cohesive advertising campaign that is visually appealing to a diverse market. As a group, we came up with different advertising mockups for a particular product. The advertising mockups that we came up with were a billboard, a magazine, and a web banner advertisement.

Throughout the project, the Advertising & Graphic Design students created a moodboard to guide the campaign for both programs. The moodboard was intended to bring together various concepts and inspirations that would reflect the mood and tone of the message that we wanted to convey.
By brainstorming concepts and inspiration for the visual side of the campaign, we identified the design features most effective at representing the product and appealing to the target market. This would help establish a clear direction for the campaign and ensure the final design is visually consistent.
